Our Matcha Latte is crafted using only First-Harvest Ceremonial Grade Matcha from the hills of Uji, Japan. Unlike culinary-grade powders, our matcha is stone-ground into a fine, emerald-green dust that yields a naturally sweet, creamy, and complex flavor profile with zero bitterness.
To prepare the base, we whisk the matcha in a traditional ceramic bowl using a bamboo chasen to create a thick, frothy “koicha” concentrate. This is then combined with micro-foamed milk—steamed to a precise 60°C to preserve the delicate antioxidants and enhance the matcha’s natural sweetness. Each sip offers a perfect balance of toasted cereal, young grass, and a lingering white chocolate finish. It is a clean, sustained energy boost, served with a minimalist design that highlights its striking natural color.
