Our Earl Grey is a curated blend designed for the true tea connoisseur. We begin with a base of Full-Leaf Ceylon and Assam teas, sourced from high-altitude estates to ensure a brisk, malty body that can stand alone or hold up beautifully to a splash of milk.
The tea is scented with a premium Cold-Pressed Bergamot Oil from the Calabria region of Italy. Unlike synthetic flavorings, this natural oil provides a bright, floral, and slightly peppery citrus aroma that lingers elegantly on the palate. To add a visual and textural signature, we blend in a handful of vibrant blue cornflower petals, giving each brew a touch of botanical beauty. Steeped at a precise 95°C, the result is a bright, amber-colored liquor with a clean finish and a deep, refreshing fragrance.
