Our Caffè Latte is designed for those who seek a smooth, comforting, and creamy coffee experience. Unlike the bolder intensity of a flat white or the frothy texture of a cappuccino, the Latte is characterized by its high volume of lightly aerated micro-foam, which blends seamlessly with a double shot of our signature espresso.
We begin with a 36g Double Espresso, pulled to highlight notes of toasted hazelnut and dark caramel. This is then lengthened with high-fat, small-batch dairy (or our house-made oat alternative) that has been steamed to a precise 62°C. This temperature ensures the milk’s lactose is at its sweetest, creating a naturally mellow flavor that requires no added sugar. The drink is finished with a delicate layer of “wet” foam—just enough to support intricate latte art—resulting in a drink that is velvety, light, and effortlessly sophisticated.
