Our Cappuccino is designed for the coffee lover who appreciates a rich, tactile experience. It begins with a Signature Double Espresso—a concentrated 1:2 extraction that provides a robust, dark chocolate and nutty foundation.
The secret to our Cappuccino lies in the milk preparation. We use fresh, high-fat dairy (or premium oat alternative) steamed to precisely 60°C to preserve its natural sweetness. The milk is aerated into a dense, pourable micro-foam—a “wet” foam that integrates seamlessly with the coffee’s crema. Each cup is finished with a deliberate, minimalist latte art heart or rosette, resulting in a drink that is one-third espresso, one-third steamed milk, and one-third luxurious foam. The result is a creamy, bittersweet delight that lingers on the palate.
