Our Chamomile Infusion is a celebration of stillness and natural sweetness. We source only Whole Egyptian Chamomile Flowers, harvested at the peak of their bloom to ensure the highest concentration of essential oils and delicate yellow pollen.

Unlike standard infusions, our whole-flower approach yields a deep, buttery liquor with a remarkably smooth mouthfeel. On the palate, it offers a sophisticated profile of dried hay, sweet apple, and a distinct floral honey finish. Steeped at a gentle 95°C, it is naturally caffeine-free and serves as a soothing, elegant conclusion to a rich meal or a quiet afternoon moment.
