Our Cold Brew is a testament to the art of waiting. Unlike traditional iced coffee, which is brewed hot and cooled, our cold brew never touches heat. We use a coarse-ground blend of single-origin African beans, steeped in triple-filtered alkaline water for exactly 16 hours at a constant 4°C.

This slow, cold extraction process prevents the release of bitter oils and high-level acidity, resulting in a drink that is naturally sweet and incredibly smooth on the palate. The profile is remarkably distinct: expect deep, resonant notes of dark chocolate, toasted walnut, and a subtle, jammy finish of dried black cherry. It is served over a single, crystal-clear “slow-melt” ice cube to ensure the integrity of the brew remains undiluted from the first sip to the last.
